Notes of Hope

Alberta Rose Theatre, 3000 NE Alberta St, Portland

The HHH Foundation Notes of Hope is a fundraising concert presented by Acme Construction Supply Co benefitting the AYA Program at OHSU Knight Cancer Institute. Notes of Hope began in memory of Bethany Hartung, who died of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in June 2007 at the age of 21. The HHH Foundation was founded in memory of Hugh Housen who died of Ewings Sarcoma in 2005 at the age of 25. Both Bethany and Hugh inspire us daily to find a cure for cancer and assist those young adults continuing to fight the disease.

This partnership of Notes of Hope and the HHH Foundation continues for the third year with the common goal of raising funds for the AYA Program to provide essential patient services tailored to the unique needs of the AYA population in the northwest.

This year’s concert, Friday, November 11th at the Alberta Rose Theatre, will continue in the tradition of providing great music from local talents and live storytelling from AYAs.
