Heavy Snowfall in Russia’s Far East
Winter 2010 has just come with the interesting weather conditions such as drizzle, coldness, snowfall, and etc. In the western countries, it\’s time snow fell and covered everywhere including streets, roofs, trees creating a picturesque natural beauty. Not only in the United States it is so snowy these days, but are Russian eastern cities like Vladivostok covered with snow as well. The snowfall is so heavy that local citizens in Russia\’s Far East can not clean it up quickly. It can be seen the heavy snowfall has some unfavorable effects on the civil transportation such as traffic jams.
